Join Cucina as a Line Cook and become part of a team committed to excellence within Teatro Group. Prepare dishes following standardized recipes, ensuring top-notch quality during service hours. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, uphold safety standards, and minimize waste. Collaborate with the Chef, adhere to portion controls, and follow health regulations. You'll handle ingredients, cooking, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and more while contributing to a memorable dining experience with meticulous attention to detail.

What are the duties to perform:

  • Keep your cooking space clean - work will be more enjoyable when working in a clean kitchen
  • Pay attention to temperature and timing - follow the recipes carefully
  • Always prep before you cook Have all your ingredients ready and measured before you start cooking.
  • Do not be afraid to get creative, taste your food as you cook and adjust accordingly
  • Most importantly have fun cooking
  • Must be able to work 3 closing shifts - Wednesdays to Fridays

What will you bring to the team:

  • Positive Attitude and unique attributes and skills
  • Flexible work schedule, including working evenings, holidays and weekends
  • 1-3 years of culinary experience
  • Effective decision-making, problem-solving
