Are you customer-focused and ready to make a difference? We're looking for a Cashier/Customer Service Representative to be the first and last point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll ensure every shopping experience is positive, efficient, and welcoming while handling cash register operations with accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome every customer with a friendly attitude and provide assistance both in-person and over the phone.
  • Process Transactions: Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately, handling purchases, returns, and refunds according to store policies.
  • Maintain Checkout Area: Keep the checkout area organized, clean, and stocked with any necessary materials or merchandise.
  • Support Promotions: Stay informed about in-store promotions and flyers to assist with price inquiries and ensure customers are aware of deals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customers leave satisfied, addressing any concerns and taking steps to resolve issues.
  • Safety First: Work in compliance with safety regulations, promptly reporting hazards or unsafe behaviors to management.
  • Collaborate with Team: Assist with additional duties and support team efforts as needed.

  • Retail Experience: Previous experience is an asset but not required—we'll provide training for the right candidate.
  • Customer-Oriented: Friendly, helpful, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and a variety of shifts as needed.
