Nurse

We are looking for nurse for:

FLU SHOT CLINIC - FAMILIARITY WITH IMMS BC IS PREFERRED

Assess vaccination status and health status to offer indicated vaccines such as influenza, COVID, pneumococcus, herpes zoster or based on other patient needs.

Welcome patients in a professional and caring manner. Work with the pharmacy team to develop the service offering.

What you'll do:

  • Assess health status and provide appropriate vaccines such as influenza and herpes zoster

  • Identify and offer appropriate vaccines based on patient needs

  • Welcome patients in a professional and caring manner

  • Work with the pharmacy team to develop the nursing service offering

Requirements

  • Be familiar with IMMS BC PORTAL

  • Licensed with the BC College of Nurses 

  • ​Standard First Aid & CPR-C Certification or higher 

  • ​Previous Pharmacy/Immunization Clinic experience preferred

  • ​Effective organizational skills, ability to multi task

  • ​Problem Solving Skills

  • ​Strong attention to detail
