This includes managing the day-to-day sales processes, ensuring seamless execution of operational tasks, and optimizing resource allocation across teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives.
  • Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
  • Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activities.
  • Direction and motivation of a high-performing operations and sales team through effective training and coaching.
  • Lead Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize operations efficiencies.
  • Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing growth strategies in the Lethbridge and surrounding market.
  • Identify opportunities for establishing relationships with Independent HVAC Contractors.
  • Perform regular reviews of cost, quality, safety and productivity metrics, setting plans and executing these effectively to drive optimal performance of Operations team through goal setting, observation, coaching and reviews.

Skills, Experience And Education Required

  • Business degree or equivalent working experience
  • 3-5 years of sales or operations leadership experience
  • A growth mindset: above all else, we're looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance.
  • You are a determined self-starter with a high degree of integrity, sense of urgency, passion for high performance and attention to detail who thrives working individually and in a team environment.
  • Preferred supervisory or managerial experience overseeing a field Sales and Operations team.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation), interpersonal skills along with innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to develop effective relationships with team, internal and external stakeholders.
