Bartender - Seasonal

Stefanos Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant in New Westminster seeking a dedicated and energetic Bartender for a seasonal position during our busy Autumn, Christmas season. and beyond. Stefanos caters to families, couples and groups celebrating memorable moments. We also host a dine and dance every Friday and Saturday, adding more dates during the month of December.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by preparing drinks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be available to work weekends, scale up to 3-4 shifts a week in December, and have previous experience as a bartender.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in bartending techniques with a strong understanding of drink recipes.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others in a team setting.
• Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
• Have Serving It Right Certificate
