Description

The Senior Applications Architect is responsible for designing, leading, and governing complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules. This role ensures scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
  • Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise data governance.
  • Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, monitoring/event ingestion, and identity integrations (SSO/SAML/OAuth).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ATF, update sets, source control, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience working in large, complex, or public-sector environments with formal governance and audit requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM); architect-level recognition is an asset.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App, Virtual Agent, AI-assisted workflows, or Copilot-style integrations is an asset.

Deliverables

  • Approved ServiceNow architecture designs, standards, and reference models.
  • Integration architecture, data flow documentation, and decision records.
  • Architecture review outcomes and platform roadmap recommendations.
  • Mobile and AI integration architecture patterns and governance guardrails.
  • Audit-ready documentation supporting security, governance, and SDLC compliance.
