Health Care Aide – Various Casual positions available

The Bethania Group is currently recruiting for certified Health Care Aides to join our dedicated Nursing team at Pembina Place Mennonite Personal Care Home , a 57 bed care home located at 285 Pembina Hwy. in Winnipeg, MB.

We strive to provide the highest quality of long term care to all of our residents. To that end we depend on the skills and compassionate caring of individuals in our Nursing Department.

The successful Health Care Aide candidates must have completed a certified Health Care Aide training program at a recognized training facility within Manitoba.

Ability to communicate, read and write fluently in English is a requirement for all positions.

Suitable candidates must be available to work various shifts including weekdays and weekends. We are looking for qualified and caring individuals that are interested in working Day, Evening and Night shifts.

Successful candidates are required to provide a current (within the last year) Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search and Adult Abuse Registry Check.

All Casual positions will be offered the RRSP package with HEB (Healthcare Employees' Benefit Plan) Manitoba for the duration of their position. Casual Employees are also eligible for the Employee Assistance Program.
