Or company is growing, and we are excited to introduce a new role: a Seasoned Client Relationship Manager – Security Integration who will be acting as the bridge between clients, operations, and internal teams. The successful candidate will ensure every customer interaction reflects Bond Securcom's reputation for responsiveness, precision, and high-quality performance. A critical component of this role is maintaining and growing recurring-revenue security services such as maintenance contracts, monitoring programs, and managed-service agreements — ensuring that clients experience sustained value and operational peace of mind.
What you will be working on:
- Serve as the primary liaison for commercial and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement through expanded maintenance, monitoring, and subscription services.
- Promote and manage contract renewals, maintenance plans, and monitoring services to ensure high client retention.
- Educate clients on the benefits of proactive system maintenance and 24/7 monitoring for security and communications infrastructure.
- Track recurring-revenue performance and identify accounts with potential for service upgrades or expanded coverage, forecast future performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to structure proposals for recurring or value-added services.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and renewal cycles to ensure service continuity.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and account growth.
Who are we looking for?
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferably in business and/or technology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in customer care, account management, or client services, ideally within a technical, communication, or security systems organization
- Proven success managing recurring-revenue accounts (maintenance or monitoring)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar).
- Familiarity with ERP, billing, and scheduling systems used in service environments
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Capable of producing accurate reports, dashboards, and client documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to inspire and guide others
- Ability to communicate technical or service-related information clearly and confidently
- High integrity and professionalism, with a polished communication style in person, on calls, and in writing.
Additional, 'nice to have' qualifications:
- Experience in the security industry
- Experience working with Acumatica ERP
- Ability to communicate in French or another language
