Job Summary

Client Choice Group is seeking passionate and results-driven Educational Sales Consultants to join our growing and multicultural team. In this role, you will connect with and support students and families from Arabic, French, Persian (Farsi), Turkish, Ukrainian, Dari, or Pashto-speaking communities.

You will help clients choose the right educational pathways and access high-quality programs designed to meet their goals. This position combines client advising with target-driven sales, ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others while achieving strong financial results.

This is a 100% commission-based position — perfect for high-performing professionals who want flexible hours and unlimited income potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell educational programs and services within assigned community networks.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective students or families to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Guide clients through OSAP (financial aid) and enrollment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cultural centers, community leaders, and schools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design culturally relevant outreach campaigns.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through effective, ethical, and enthusiastic communication.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM or digital tools.
  • Attend community events to promote educational opportunities and build brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or Communications (preferred but not required).
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages is required: Arabic, French, Persian (Farsi), Turkish, Ukrainian, Dari, or Pashto.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales or customer service background preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage your own schedule.
  • Culturally aware and connected to the target language-speaking communities.
  • Passionate about education and community impact.
