We are currently seeking a Valet & Mobile Ambassador (Floater) for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of both Valet and Mobile Ambassador positions. The successful candidate will be assigned to one of these functions at the start of each shift, depending on operational needs.

What Would You Be Doing?

As Valet:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Assist with vehicle doors, luggage, and directions as needed.
• Issue and collect valet tickets accurately.
• Drive customer vehicles safely to and from designated parking areas.
• Ensure vehicles are secured and valuables stored properly.
• Return vehicle keys to the Key Administrator with the corresponding ticket.
• Quickly return to the arrival area to assist the next customer.
• Perform other valet-related duties as assigned.

As Mobile Ambassador:

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding parking and services.
• Patrol and monitor parking facilities by circulating regularly in a company vehicle.
• Support customers in using parking systems and resolving technical issues.
• Issue violation tickets for parking or traffic rule infractions as prescribed by airport regulations.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments as needed for customer support or maintenance issues.
• Conduct space counts and assist with the opening or closing of parking areas.
• Set up and remove temporary signage.
• Keep parking areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
• Complete daily maintenance and activity reports.

What Are the Working Conditions?

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions with frequent exposure to varying temperatures.
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and twist for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 20–50 lbs depending on assigned duties.
• Work may require moving between different sites or parking areas within the airport grounds.
• Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

What Are We Looking For?

• Valid Class G Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing assignments and priorities.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
