Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and excellent communication skills are valued. Previous experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to meet client expectations
  • Laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
  • Kitchen cleaning such as dishwashing, countertop wiping, and appliance cleaning
  • Organize and restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and special requests
  • Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
  • Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service during each visit

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Experience with laundry and household chores is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Demonstrated reliability with good punctuality and time management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is beneficial but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
