Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills and experience in cleaning or hospitality are encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
  • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
  • Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning tools are properly stored after use
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to perform light cooking and laundry duties as part of the service offering
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs and scheduling requirements
