We at Firkin on Bay St, as well as our ghost kitchens are looking for a few positive candidates, who are able to work effectively in a team scenario. Ideal candidates will be positive, respectful, hard working, and someone who uses there spare time wisely.

Daily Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and presenting foods using standardized recipes

  • Make sure all food is stored at the appropriate containers in a appropriate temperature

  • Extensive knowledge of the menu

  • Be able to lift up to 35LBS

  • Be able to use a Knife in a safe manner

  • Knowledge of WHIMS is a bonus

  • Food Handlers is a bonus

  • Assist as a team, the cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant.

  • Be able to use a commercial dish-washing machine

-Able to start early, or work late till approximately 1:30 am.
