In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, and deploy custom Copilot experiences within M365 environments (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Platform).

  • Utilize Copilot Agent Toolkit / Agent SDK to build, train, and integrate intelligent agents.

  • Develop and maintain Custom Connectors to connect Copilot with internal systems, APIs, and third-party services.

  • Collaborate with solution architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Copilot solutions.

  • Optimize and secure integrations in compliance with Microsoft's best practices.

  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of our companies AI productivity solutions.


• 6–7 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.


• Proven experience with M365 Copilot development and integration.


• Proficiency with Copilot Agent Toolkit (Agent SDK).


• Strong background in Power Platform, Azure Functions, Graph API, and Custom Connectors.


• Hands-on experience with C#, TypeScript, and RESTful API integration.


• Solid understanding of Microsoft security, identity (Entra ID), and compliance frameworks.


• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Desired skills:


• Experience with Azure OpenAI, semantic kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks.


• Exposure to enterprise data governance and Copilot rollout strategy.


• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Azure Developer credentials.
