Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing product presentation, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring optimal store displays. The Merchandiser will collaborate closely with sales teams, store managers, and marketing departments to create compelling visual displays and maintain organized product layouts.

Duties

  • Develop and execute attractive product displays that align with brand standards and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Apply strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and maintain consistent store coverage.
  • Please note that a valid driver's license is required for this position. Merchandiser Duties: - Morning build-up of load. - Merchandise and stock shelves and displays with products. - Ordering and made necessary adjustment as per sales forecast, features and store requirements. - Follow all safety procedures and regulations while handling products. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. - Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely. Skills: - Time management: Ability to effectively manage time to meet delivery schedules and complete merchandising tasks. - Organizational skills: Ability to organize products on shelves and displays in an appealing manner. - Communication skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service. - Customer service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. - Selling skills: Ability to promote products and upsell to customers If you have the required skills and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we invite you to apply for the position of Merchandiser.   • Experience
  • Prior experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective time management are essential for success in this role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 48 per week
