Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Calgary, AB for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for organizing and displaying products in retail environments, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that the flowers are presented in an appealing and attractive manner. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with store managers, assisting with promotions and sales events, and ensuring compliance with company presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Retail
  • Understanding of Marketing principles
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the floral industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualifications
