We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ad Operations Coordinator to join our Paid Media team. This role is critical in managing the technical aspect of paid media campaign set ups. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has hands-on experience with Paid Social Ad Platforms, Business Manager administration, DSP partner platforms and mobile measurement partners (MMPs). You will work closely with the Operations Manager, Paid Media, and the Media Execution team, as well as with the larger Paid Media team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' advertising initiatives are effectively implemented and meet their objectives.
What You'll Do Here:
- Oversee and manage the influencer opt-in process for paid media campaigns.
- Responsible for managing ad account sharing, setup, and maintenance across all paid media Business Managers.
- Maintain and organize all Business Managers, ensuring proper access and permissions.
- Responsible for the creation of new ad accounts as required when onboarding a new client, including proper billing setup and configuration.
- Secure and manage access to client platform assets (brand handles, ad accounts, etc.) across paid social.
- Ensure accurate tracking implementation is available (e.g., pixels) for campaign performance measurement.
- Troubleshoot ad account issues related to campaign setup, launch, or influencer integrations, including communicating with platform reps and online support in a timely manner.
- Manage external app connections to Viral Nation's Business Manager and create apps in Meta for Developers as needed.
- Support the Operations Manager, Paid Media, in building documentation, client-facing guides, and internal knowledge bases regarding Ad Ops Processes.
- Responsible for guiding clients through MMP setup and integration for app install campaigns (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Collaborate with Mobile Ad Networks (e.g., Moloco, Unity, Ironsource) and DSP partners (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, etc.) for paid media campaign onboarding.
- Stay current with industry trends and ad tech innovations, applying best practices to improve workflows.
- Manage time effectively and adhere to internal and client SLAs as well as with project timelines.
You'll Need To Have:
- 2 years of experience in a similar paid media or ad operations role.
- At least 1 year of direct experience managing Ad accounts, Business Manager assets, and app install campaign connections.
- Experience setting up and managing app install campaigns, including Meta for Developers app creation and ad account connections.
- Hands-on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, including paid social ad account integrations with the MMPs
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other data management tools.
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and acronyms (CPA, CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
