Procurement Administrator (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role: We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team in Calgary for a temporary, fixed-term, 12-month contract position. The contract is expected to begin in early February and conclude on or around March 2, 2027

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting procurement processes, vendor coordination, and internal team needs. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Physically receive hardware orders delivered to office and update business software

· Perform procurement activities, including creating quotes, vendor follow-ups, and shipment tracking updates.

· Manage internal sales ticket board and ensure prompt action is taken on requests

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory

· Perform quarterly inventory counts

· Manage quantities of office supplies and company-branded items

· Support the team with administrative tasks and workflow management

· Assist with vendor management and sourcing as needed

Requirements:

· Must be based in Calgary and able to work from our office

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

· A team player with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to support others

· Excellent communication and time-management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in an IT or technology-focused environment

· Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and related procurement workflows

· ConnectWise experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
