Position: Wholesale Parts Advisor

Dealership: Sherwood Park Volkswagen

Location: North Battleford, SK

Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

What drives your day-to-day?

Research and source parts for customers or techniciansReceiving parts both physically and within our system and selecting parts for technicians.Managing and closing files—experience with MPI rules is highly advantageous.Processing repair orders, assisting with sublet services, and handling other administrative tasks.Pick-up parts for customers or technicians as requiredKeep work area and displays cleanMust follow all company safety policies and proceduresOther duties as required

What are the must-haves…

Some familiarity and/or experience with working in collision repair and/or Parts DepartmentCompletion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses is considered an assetExperience with Mitchell Connect is considered an assetA well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsA person of professionalism and high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitmentsDetail oriented, self-motivated and resourcefulHigh-level skills in Word, Excel and MS Office etc.Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of timeMust be legally authorized to work in Canada
