About the Role

This role supports the advancement of manufacturing processes within aerospace operations. The position focuses on improving productivity, optimizing process efficiency, and driving innovation across complex manufacturing environments. Candidates must be eligible for controlled goods program clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives that enhance advanced manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that support innovation and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product manufacturability, yield, and cost targets
  • Define processes, procure equipment, and create work instructions
  • Use DFx methodologies to influence design improvements
  • Apply APQP and Lean tools to integrate advanced techniques such as automation
  • Mentor junior engineers and support production teams
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of advanced manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience within aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools, DFx, and process optimization
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
