Responsibilities:

- Entering prescription in the kroll software, insurance adjudication, rx clarification, answering phone calls, making blister packs.

- Prepare and package medications for distribution

- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies

- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering and filling medication.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and prescription processing

- Understanding of patient care and the importance of confidentiality

Minimum experience of 3 years working with Kroll is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
