About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be a key pollinator of our growth helping attract, engage, and hire top talent across North America and Europe. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to design effective recruitment strategies, oversee full-cycle hiring, and ensure every candidate has a thoughtful, positive experience.If you're energized by mission-driven work, excited about scaling impact, and love helping people find their perfect hive, this role is for you

What You'll Do

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across operations, customer support, product, sales, marketing, beekeeping, and corporate teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted search strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both skills and values alignment (we only bring in the bees that vibe with the hive).
  • Create compelling job postings that reflect our culture and attract diverse talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows in our ATS and HR tools.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share insights to help optimize hiring processes.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support employer branding initiatives (social content, events, networks, partnerships).
  • Contribute to talent market research and competitive benchmarking.
  • Recommend process improvements for recruiting operations, diversity initiatives, and candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding support and coordination as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual in English and French (we insist on bilingualism).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-growing environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, pipelines, and talent-mapping strategies.
  • Experience supporting recruitment in multiple regions (Canada, US, Europe).
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and priorities.
  • Curious and excited about sustainability, urban beekeeping, and environmental impact.
  • A genuine relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven culture.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as ATS systems, Google Workspace, Slack.
  • Passion for sustainability, education, biodiversity, or community engagement.
