About You: You thrive on operational detail and love solving logistics puzzles behind the scenes. In fast-paced, multichannel environments, you stay calm, stay ahead, and make things happen. You're comfortable tracking shipments, diving into data, and working with 3PL partners, vendors, and carriers to ensure inventory, orders, and fulfillment flow seamlessly. You see both the big picture—how the supply chain supports our customer promise—and the granular details, such as shipping delays, data mismatches, or inventory errors. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and act quickly to resolve issues before they become problems You'll be a core anchor in ensuring our customers get what they ordered, when they expect it. By ensuring order accuracy, minimizing delays, and maintaining inventory integrity, you'll directly impact customer experience, channel performance, and cost control. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end fulfillment across our eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels across multiple distribution centres (domestic and international). Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations (ERP, OMS, WMS) to guarantee inventory accuracy, order integrity, and fulfillment reliability. Serve as the primary contact for 3PLs and DC operations teams - drive resolution of delivery, fulfillment, or inventory issues. Manage cross-border shipments (Canada/US) including customs documentation, compliance, duties/taxes, duty drawback, and coordination with partners. Build, maintain, and surface key reports/dashboards (inventory movement, fulfillment metrics, cost per order, lead times) to enable informed operational decisions. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce errors, shorten cycle times, and improve cost efficiency. You see issues before they become problems and fix them. You articulate complexities in simple terms and align stakeholders. You look for better ways of doing things every day. You work across teams - planning, marketing, retail ops, wholesale & Amazon channels, IT, finance, carriers - and build strong partnerships. Qualifications 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, ideally within a retail or eCommerce environment. Experience with ERP systems; hands-on experience with NetSuite and Shopify is an asset. Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills - able to build reports, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, 3PL partners, carriers, and vendors. High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment. How we Hire
