About the position

Haywood is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Assistant to join the Vancouver office. The position will report to the Vice President, Investment Banking. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing non-brokered private placement documents
  • Working with Compliance
  • Working with Meetings Co-Ordinator

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of industry experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Completion of CSC preferred

Job Details

Status: Permanent full-time

Location: Vancouver

Compensation: the expected salary range for this role is: $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
