Key Responsibilities:

Website Creation, Updating, Management and Troubleshooting:
Ensuring that the multiple websites are constantly updated and functioning smoothly, including updating relevant content, events and e-commerce.

Social Media Expertise:
 Manage and optimize social media platforms,
(LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky) 
to enhance our online presence, improve health literacy and to stay connected with our diverse communities.

Webinar Hosting:
 Plan, organize, and execute engaging webinars for internal teams or external stakeholders.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Networking & Wi-Fi Management:
 Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and Wi-Fi systems to ensure seamless connectivity.

Software & Hardware Management
: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and hardware to ensure operational efficiency.

Branding Initiatives:
 Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align IT strategies with branding goals.

Educational Resources:
 
Create professional and engaging presentations using PowerPoint and Prezi.

Press Releases & Brochures:
 Write compelling press releases and produce high-quality promotional brochures to support marketing efforts.

Neurodiversity News:
Formating, graphics, layout,
writing, editing, and content coordination

Perform general errands:
such as trips to the printshop, post office or public health centres.

Educational Platform:
Ensure educational platforms such as Learn Worlds, are operating smoothly, efficiently to optimize the learner expereince.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed for presentations, networking events, or other business requirements.

Preferred Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for efficient documentation and reporting.

Skilled in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation.

Experienced in hosting Zoom Webinars and managing virtual meetings effectively.

Familiarity with Metricool for social media analytics and scheduling.

Knowledge of AI tools and technologies to leverage them for automation and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience or training in marketing, social media management and branding.

Proficiency in hosting webinars and using relevant platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.

Expertise in network and Wi-Fi setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Experience in writing press releases and creating promotional brochures.

Technical expertise in both software and hardware troubleshooting.

Advanced PowerPoint skills, with an eye for design and detail.

Excellent verbal, written, and online communication skills.

Strong collaborator mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Additional Information:

This is an onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in our office and attend any offsite events or meetings as required. The role may involve general errands to support business needs, so flexibility is essential.
