Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Building Cleaner to join our organization. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our property, ensuring a professional and clean environment for tenants, clients, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Prior experience maintaining a commercial property is essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal .
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and building occupants
  • General maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Prior professional janitorial experience in commercial buildings is essential
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors
  • Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently, and part of a team.
  • Be able to follow instructions
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Stamina for standing, walking, bending and lifting
