FIRST Condominium is located in East Village on Riverfront Ave SE and 6 Ave SE, just across the Simmons Building and Riverwalk running trail. The 2015 steel and concrete building includes one low-rise podium and one high-rise tower, with 196 units. Amenities for residents, include a large garden courtyard, a community room, fitness center, yoga studio, guest suite, conference room, controlled access parking and a lobby. The condo units range from studios to two-bedrooms. This position is responsible for cleaning FIRST’s common space, guest suite, and amenity centers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- SHOULD BE AVAILABLE 2-3 DAYS BETWEEN FRIDAY TO SUNDAY 5 HRS PER DAY
- Previous experience in the commercial cleaning field as a Cleaner is preferred.
- This position requires a dedicated team player with a keen commitment to providing excellent cleaning results.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding area (ie. lift up to 25 lbs) and be familiar with a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Experience in residential multi-tenant properties would be a definite asset but not required.
- Strong customer service skills are required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Must be able to pass a criminal records check.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Cleaning assigned areas as per cleaning schedule
- Vacuum common areas
- Washing of common area ceramic and hardwood floors
- Cleaning of windows inside/outside
- Dusting of ledges and heating coils
- Washing of fire doors
- Cleaning of Washrooms
- Elevator and stairwell cleaning in interior & exterior areas
- Fitness center - daily & detail cleaning
- Resetting of guest suite after use
- Drop off and pick-up of guest suite lines, towels, etc. at laundry service
- Stock up supply for amenity centres
- Emptying of garbage bins
- Light handyman work, e.g. paint touch ups, changing light bulbs
- Reporting of any deficiencies, equipment or common space issues, or leaks to Manager
- Spot cleaning of carpet stains as well as deep cleaning
- Sweeping of Parkade where required
