Sanding Driver/Plow Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our winter operations team. This position involves overnight sanding in a pickup truck equipped with a sander, with the possibility of snow plowing as needed. Must be on payroll - biweekly pay.

MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE (for at least 3 years for insurance and at least 3 years continuous insurance coverage and over 25 years of age) so you can drive a company vehicle/plow.

Maintain quality and safety standards while working efficiently

Must be on time for shifts, and work in a timely manner without compromising quality
- we aim to get in and get out, fast and efficient.

Must be willing to work 7 days a week, 24/7, mother nature calls the shots

Have consistent and reliable transportation to get to our yard to pick up your equipment located in the area of Manchester Industrial

Ensure proper use, care, and inventory of company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Report any issues, maintenance needs, or route completion details

Intermediate to advanced experience in skidsteer/bobcat, loader and plow truck are a bonus

An end of season bonus will be available for those who are reliable, show up and work hard, at the end of of the season (mid April).

Experience: snow removal machinery in a commercial setting: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification: Class 5 Licence no GDL for at least 3 years in Alberta (required)
