What an ideal candidate can help us with:

  • Wants to automate everything
  • Lead the end-to-end development of the app (Flutter) and website (frontend and backend).
  • Proficient in implementing agentic AI flow
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and databases.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designer.
  • Define the technology stack, architecture, and deployment strategy.
  • Manage hosting, cloud services, and infrastructure.
  • Implement Agile development practices, including sprint planning and task prioritization.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and timely delivery of the MVP.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in full-stack development (frontend, backend, and DevOps).
  • Proficiency in Flutter for app development and a backend language (e.g., , Python, or similar).
  • Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Previous experience in a startup or building MVPs is a strong plus.
  • Passion for problem-solving and scaling innovative solutions.
