We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Online Store Specialist to join our team and elevate our digital retail presence. Tiziano Zorzan (TZ) is a luxury fashion brand known for its exclusive Made in Italy collections. We're seeking a talented individual to manage our online store and help showcase our brand's elegance to the world.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based online store. This includes everything from uploading products and managing inventory to coordinating with our IT team and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. If you have social media skills, that's a big plus

Duties

  • Manage the online store's product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Conduct product demos virtually or in-store to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging engagement and upselling opportunities.
  • Handle all aspects of POS (Point of Sale) transactions including cash handling, cashiering, and processing online orders efficiently.
  • Supervise inventory levels by stocking products appropriately, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email by addressing inquiries with professionalism and clear communication skills.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies online to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and best-sellers that drive conversions.
  • Assist in training team members on retail sales techniques, upselling methods, and proper phone etiquette to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Take product photos and, if possible, assist with social media content related to the online store.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with familiarity in merchandising and stock management.
  • Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities within a retail setting.
  • Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions.
  • Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Excellent phone etiquette combined with customer service skills that foster positive interactions.
  • Knowledge of retail math principles including cashiering procedures and inventory calculations.
