Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet user needs while aligning with business goals. Your expertise in UI design and data analysis will help us enhance our products and improve overall user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze user data and inform design decisions.
- Create detailed specifications for developers, ensuring accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Use tools such as Jira for project management and Visio for flowcharting processes.
- Leverage SQL skills to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Familiarity with Telerik and Less for front-end development is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively to drive design improvements.
- Knowledge of UI principles and best practices for web and mobile applications.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and using project management tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
