The Role
We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about coding and dedicated to continuous learning. You will work alongside our senior developers, contributing to real-world projects and building the skills to become an expert.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to our Platform: Work with senior developers to build and implement new features for our core applications.
- Learn and Grow: Dive into our codebase and learn best practices for performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Write Tests: Learn the importance of testing by writing and maintaining tests to ensure the stability of new and existing code.
- Collaborate: Participate in code reviews and team discussions, actively contributing to a culture of shared learning and mentorship.

You are a developer who prioritizes learning above all else. Your passion for coding and solving tough problems is what drives you. You may not have a lot of professional experience, but you are proactive, curious, and always looking for an opportunity to grow. You have a desire to become an excellent developer and a natural curiosity for how things work. Required Skills & Experience
- Basic understanding of Ruby on Rails and object-oriented programming concepts.
- A personal project or portfolio that demonstrates your passion for coding.
- Eagerness to learn about automated testing (e.g., RSpec) and database design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A strong desire to grow and take on new challenges.
