Position: Commissioned Sales Subcontractor

We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our growing team on a subcontractor basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your own business within our business, earning uncapped commissions while helping customers protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell CCTV systems and IQ panels to homeowners and small business owners.

· Identify new leads, build relationships, and develop a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and local outreach.

· Conduct client consultations to assess security needs and recommend tailored solutions.

· Deliver product demonstrations and close sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

· Collaborate with our installation and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for clients.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Ideal Candidate

· Proven sales experience, preferably in security systems or technology solutions.

· Self-starter with a strong drive to exceed targets and grow your own business.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Comfortable with residential and small business sales environments.

· Knowledge of CCTV and IQ panels is an asset, but not required – we will train the right person.

Compensation

  • $50 per IQ Panel Sale + $10 if you upgrade them to smart home

  • $60 per camera sold on a CCTV Monitoring Plan

  • We take care of those who give us business, any client who is recommended to us for any other security service (Access Control, Full CCTV installs, Patrols, etc) will be given a percentage of the deal

  • Every Quarter a new $ bonus is included for completing objectives
