Recru8er, a leading recruitment firm dedicated to sourcing top talent across diverse industries, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a client in the Tech & AI industry. The CTO will be a pivotal leader responsible for steering the technology strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions, and managing the overall technology infrastructure.

This key role will shape the company's technological direction, collaborating with diverse teams to identify business needs and create technology roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives. The CTO will also lead and inspire the technology team, fostering innovation and ensuring technology solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically develop and implement the company's technology vision, aligning it with business goals
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the technology team
  • Effectively manage the technology budget and resources
  • Oversee the entire technology solution lifecycle: design, development, and implementation
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technology needs and deliverables
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the technology infrastructure
  • Monitor and analyze technology performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies
  • Experience in managing and leading technology teams
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
  • Excellent understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the AI industry is a plus
