We don't run boiler-room sales.
We run structured, consultative, high-ticket sales, and closers are responsible for turning serious interest into confident decisions.
The Role
We are hiring a Sales Closer to own the full sales conversation with qualified prospects — from discovery to deposit.
You will receive pre-qualified appointments from our Setter team and inbound channels. Your role is to:
- Understand the customer's needs, constraints, and timeline
- Educate them on Bunkie Life solutions
- Guide them to a confident yes (or a clear no)
- Close deals with integrity and low refund risk
This is a performance-based role with high accountability and strong earning potential.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Sales & Closing:
- Running structured discovery and consultative sales calls
- Closing qualified inbound opportunities to paid deposits
- Managing objections around permits, zoning, delivery, and timelines
- Accurately quoting models, upgrades, shipping, and lead times
- Creating urgency ethically (sales periods, production timelines, pricing changes)
Pipeline Ownership:
- Owning your assigned pipeline in the CRM
- Following up with undecided prospects within defined timelines
- Re-engaging warm leads during sales events and contests
- Maintaining clean notes, deal stages, and next steps
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Working closely with Setters to improve appointment quality
- Coordinating with Operations, Build Support, and Finance on client handoffs
- Participating in sales meetings, training, and coaching
Performance Expectations (What "Great" Looks Like)
- Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Strong close rates on showed appointments
- High deposit conversion with low refund / cancellation rates
- Fast, professional follow-up on assigned opportunities
- Clean CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
This role is not about pressure tactics — it's about clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Who This Role Is For

- Have experience closing high-ticket products or services ($10K+)
- Are comfortable running structured sales conversations
- Can handle objections without getting defensive or pushy
- Take ownership of your numbers and outcomes

You don't need to be flashy.
You do need to be disciplined, prepared, and accountable.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of closing experience in sales (inbound preferred)
- Proven ability to close consultative, high-value deals
- Strong listening and discovery skills
- Comfort using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to manage multiple deals at different stages
- Professional, calm communication style
Compensation & Earnings
- Base salary + commission (details shared during interview)
- Commission tied directly to revenue closed and collected

Schedule & Work Structure
- Full-time, 40+ hours/week
- This is an in-office position with the chance to move to a hybrid role.
- Availability required during key sales periods and promotions
- Need to be able to work two Saturdays a month and some evenings when required.
