*What will your typical day look like?*
As a Product Development Leader at Deloitte, you will be at the helm of our project and asset delivery teams, ensuring the integration of standards and best practices. Your role will be pivotal in enabling AI solutions, organizing training sessions, and driving knowledge-sharing events. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing insights and leadership to enhance our asset management strategies. Your dynamic approach will help streamline processes, ensuring our teams are equipped with the latest tools and methodologies. This role is a vibrant blend of leadership, strategic planning, and continuous learning, propelling the success of our software asset development initiatives.
About The Team
The Deloitte's Technology & Transformation assets group is our hub for innovation and excellence in asset development. We manage a diverse portfolio of client-centric solutions, including SaaS, on-premise, and in-cloud products, all designed to meet the unique needs of our clients through a structured product development lifecycle.

- Holds a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in software product development or product management.
- Has a proven track record in implementing AI-driven solutions and best practices in software product management.
- Is adept at organizing and leading training and knowledge-sharing events to foster team growth and innovation.
- Experience leading or managing multiple technincal/ technology teams/ software engineering teams.
- Is familiar with the software product lifecycle and associated metrics at each stage.
- Has proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of project management tools.
- Possesses superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and commitment to project deadlines, managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Is proactive, seeks out challenging opportunities, and is accountable for personal and team performance.
- Excels in building relationships and communicates effectively to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
