Job Description:

Insight global are seeking a seasoned
Project Manager
to lead strategic initiatives aligned with our top banking client's commitment to generate $1bn in enterprise value by 2027. This role supports the delivery of high-impact programmes within the AI & Digital Transformation portfolio, focusing on cost reduction and revenue uplift through AI integration and infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple ADT programmes, each valued at $25MM+ and involving teams of 20+.
  • Manage project governance, financials, release schedules, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on infrastructure elements (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
  • Drive delivery of AI-enabled tools such as:
  • Agentic Banker
    : Automating pitchbook generation and client prep.
  • Personal Banking Advice
    : Leveraging AWS Transcribe to reduce call handling times.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
  • Support procurement, onboarding, and testing processes with confidence and clarity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable Project Management experience (consulting, PMP, or similar).
  • Comfortable discussing infrastructure options, costing, and scoping with SMEs.
  • Proven ability to build structured plans, manage risks/issues, and lead governance forums.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud and VM environments (not hands-on technical, but conceptually fluent).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and adapting to ambiguity.

Desirable:

  • Experience in AI-related projects (depth not required, but exposure is a plus).
  • Prior leadership of teams with potential to scale as resources grow.
  • Confidence to challenge and drive clarity in complex environments.
