International Trade Coordinator

Job Summary
We are an international trading company headquartered in Canada, maintaining offices in Japan, China and United States.
We are specializing in the import of Asian products into Canada and the United States, including food products, cosmetics, toys, consumer goods and etc.
Due to rapid business growth and our active expansion in the U.S. market, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Trading Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong office and clerical experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various software tools. This role involves managing data entry, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple departments. The Trading Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Handle trade order processing and follow-up from order confirmation to shipment completion.
- Following up on quotations and pricing inquiries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams regarding order status, production, and shipping schedules.
- Prepare and manage trade-related documents, including purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Track shipment progress and support customs clearance documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and delivery status.
- Assist key team members with marketing tasks, including: supporting new product recommendations; Coordinating product samples and tasting activities; Supporting basic SNS / marketing promotion activities related to products and campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience in international trade, import/export operations, or order processing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, Japanese or Chinese is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
