Job Description::

• 10+ years of professional experience in banking operations, consulting, or technology transformations.
• 8+ years of nCino implementation experience, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations at commercial banks.
• Proven expertise in nCino configurations and workflows across key modules.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking processes: commercial lending, deposits, treasury, credit underwriting, and customer onboarding.
• Experience with business process analysis, requirement gathering, and functional solutioning.
• Ability to work with technical teams to define integration and data requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Lead and manage functional workstreams in nCino implementation projects at commercial banks.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document functional specifications.
• Configure and optimize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury Management, Collateral, Document Management, etc.).
• Map and redesign end-to-end banking processes (loan origination, onboarding, credit, collateral, compliance) within nCino.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between nCino and core banking systems (but not responsible for coding).
• Perform UAT planning, execution, and support, including test case creation and defect management.
• Deliver functional solution design documents and support business decision-making with best practice recommendations.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and bank operations teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on nCino product roadmap, features, and release management.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• nCino Certified Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
• Experience working with Agile project delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and credit operations within commercial banks
