Workday Finance Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage functional and integration security assignments, troubleshooting, and governance related to core finance operations.

  • Support requirement gathering, design, unit testing, and end-to-end project activities across Finance Core, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Supplier Accounts, and Customer Accounts.

  • Develop and optimize Workday reports to meet business and legacy system requirements.

  • Participate in customer sessions to review project progress, tenant validation, and configuration.

  • Analyze existing financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

  • Configure and manage Workday security groups, password policies, and compliance settings in line with best practices.

  • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transfer of financial data from legacy systems.

  • Build and support integrations such as bank statement loading in BAI2 format.
