About this role:

  • Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a "life-altering" complex condition. It may include bowel management, wound care, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, g-tube care, and cough assist.
  • The population of focus (adults)
  • Day shifts (8AM-12PM)

Requirements:

  • CNO registration in good standing
  • Recent experience with bowel management, wound care, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, g-tube care, and cough assist. Training will also be available.
  • Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset
  • Preferably with Driver's License and access to own vehicle
