Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations & Gas Supply, located in Greater Toronto Area reporting the VP of Operations. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities, managing gas supply coordination, supervising team performance, and ensuring adherence to budgets and company goals. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational data, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining seamless customer service to meet or exceed client expectations. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management and Team Management
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the energy sector or a related industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for both internal and external collaboration
