Responsibilities:

Problem Resolution: Research production problems and/or enhancement issues and make appropriate configuration changes to the system. Initiate action and evaluate issues to develop alternative solutions. Apply expert knowledge and experience to resolve problems.Conduct day-to-day troubleshooting and break-fix activities. Provide telephone support to share in the 24x7 365 day support of SAP production system.Key member of the SAP Reporting Team responsible for the technical design, configuration, and validation of the SAP solutions.Collaborate with other teams responsible for related functional areas (Record to Report, Plan to Produce, Quote to Cash) and technical teams (Basis, Security, Development, Integration).Log issues and maintain status in issue tracking system for prioritizing work and reporting status. Continuous Improvement and Efficiency Projects: Interact with all levels of business to analyze business requirements/processes.Provide advice and guidance to the business on various approaches by explaining industry best practices for business processes and executing solutions. Recommend and implement approved process improvements or new functionality.Provide assessment of solution options with associated business and technology impact, along with estimates for delivery.Translate functional requirements into detailed SAP technical specifications and coordinate with functional team for solution design and development.Configure SAP and develop/perform unit tests in accordance with specifications.  SOX Compliance: Ensure that changes/enhancements are completed using appropriate SOX control processes. Recommend/implement SOX change control process changes as necessary.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Requirements:

5+ years of related experience, including one SAP full project life cycle implementations preferred Proficient in developing SAP Fiori applications using web technologies SAP UI5 and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). Design, Build, and deploy Fiori applications and Extensions.Experience in SAP UI5/FIORI, Full Stack-Fiori Elements, Debugging, OData.Fiori App Activation and Role designs.Knowledge of SAP BW, ECC, S/4 and SAC and its data structures.Good understanding of all the SAP Analytics technology (SAP Analytics Cloud, BW4/HANA).Good understanding on data visualization and data modelling best practices. Bilingual (English/French) is preferred for this position as this role will interact with stakeholders in Canada, US, and other countries across the partnership.Previous experience in Midstream Oil & Gas industry is a plus
