We are currently seeking a Station Support Supervisor to join our team in Goose Bay, NL

Job Duties

  • Assist with all aspects of the Goose Bay Counter Operation
  • Assisting with payroll as required.
  • As required, participate in the SMS and the Management of Change (MOC) process as it relates to assigned duties
  • OSH & AOSH requirements of the Goose Bay Counter
  • Maintaining supplies for the counter(s) PAL/AB as required
  • Conduct initial and recurrent training classes for front line staff
  • Assisting in resolving operational disruptions
  • Participate and execute the PAL ERP
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' Customer Service or Supervisory experience
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide superior customer experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills, administrative and budget management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
