Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong background in quality management and manufacturing processes, along with excellent analysis skills to identify defects and implement corrective actions.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize various measurement tools, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and specifications.
  • Perform data collection and analysis to track quality metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes and standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers for precise inspections.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
