We are only looking for PR holders and Citizens

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inspecting precision machined components, be proficient with both manual and automated CMMs, and have a solid understanding of AS9100 quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision machined and fabricated parts
  • Operate and program CMMs (manual and automatic) using PC-DMIS 2019 or newer
  • Use manual inspection tools including height gauges, micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain inspection records
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives in accordance with AS9100 requirements
  • Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and management to resolve quality issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a precision machine shop environment
  • Proficient with PC-DMIS and CMM operation/programming
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
