Job Overview

Coast Salish Group is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscaper / Property Caretaker to maintain the outdoor spaces and several properties at Oyster Bay Village. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well cared for.

Duties

  • Perform regular landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and seasonal clean-ups
  • Maintain grounds, walkways, parking areas, and outdoor common spaces
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs or safety concerns
  • Operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment
  • Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal
  • Work across multiple properties within Oyster Bay Village

Skills

  • Previous experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Physically capable of performing manual labour
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
