Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) designer technique avec 3 à 5 années d'expérience pour se joindre à notre équipe de création. Cette personne utilisera son talent afin de supporter l'équipe de design ainsi que l'équipe de production.

RSPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:

  • Établir des plans de ligne et communiquer les besoins techniques d'une gamme de produits non limités aux vêtements

  • Analyser et évaluer les vêtements pour élaborer des «tech packs» comportant des spécifications détaillées

  • Identifier des moyens plus efficaces de construire le produit

  • Travailler avec l'équipe de conception pour déterminer l'approbation des styles

  • Communiquer avec notre bureau à l'étranger concernant l'exécution des constructions

  • Réviser les «tech packs» avec les changements mis à jour

  • Travailler avec la production pour résoudre et corriger les problèmes d'ajustement via la conception

  • Envoyer des colis à l'étranger

EXIGENCES:

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire

  • Diplôme en design de mode

  • Créativité et compréhension solide de notre clientèle

  • Compétences solides de communication et d'organisation

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique

  • Compétences solides en gestion du temps et travail sous pression avec des délais serrés

  • Connaissance approfondie de toutes les finitions, techniques et tissus

  • Excellente connaissance d'Abode Illustrator, Photoshop et InDesign

PRAISE ENDURANCE is a Montréal based Running brand that breathes inclusivity, creativity, and passion.

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Technical Designer (3-5 years) to join our Creative Team. You will use your talents in supporting the design and production team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish line plans and communicate technical needs of an array of products not limited to apparel

  • Analyze and evaluate garments to develop tech packs with detailed specifications

  • Identify opportunities for more effective ways to construct the product

  • Work with the design team to determine styles' approval

  • Communicate with our overseas office regarding constructions execution

  • Revise tech packs with updated changes

  • Work with production to troubleshoot and correct fit problems via design

  • Send packages overseas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years in similar role

  • Diploma in Fashion Design

  • Creative and strong understanding of our customer base

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Able to work at a fast-paced environment

  • Strong time management skills and work well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • High knowledge of all sewing finishes, technicalities, and fabrics

  • Excellent knowledge of Abode's Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

  • Fast learner, solution driven, team player
