Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions
- Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, storage areas, and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Requirements
- Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous.
- Warehouse experience or knowledge of inventory handling is a plus
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
