Job Summary

We're looking for passionate and dedicated bartenders who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with customers, crafting both classic and original cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences.
  • Demonstrate a warm, outgoing, and professional personality when interacting with guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, from greeting guests to answering questions and handling concerns.
  • Operate and maintain the TouchBistro POS system with accuracy when processing payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and prep stations.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with Smart Serve regulations.
  • Manage bar inventory and communicate shortages or restock needs in a timely manner.
  • Support daily and weekly operational checklists, contributing to overall team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (required)
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and flavour pairings
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for hospitality
